St. Brigid’s Church, Castleknock
The foundation stone of the present Church was laid on 20th October 1803 and, with the help of a loan of £1,000 in 1809 from the Board of First Fruits, was completed in 1810. St. Mary’s Church, Clonsilla

St. Thomas’ Church, Mulhuddart
Mulhuddart Parish has its origins in medieval times. The foundation stone of the present church was laid on 28th December 1870 (the Feast of Holy Innocents). Less than a year later, on 6th November 1871, the Churchwardens petitioned Archbishop Richard Chevinex Trench to consecrate the new church. The consecration took place on 19th December 1871.
