Home Group Bible Study at the Rectory, looking at the book of Ruth “Finding Your Purpose”. We will meet for these talks in the Rectory at 7.30pm, all are welcome and encouraged to come along as we explore scripture.

Bible Study

Our Lenten Bible Study series this year will focus on the gospel of St John with the theme “Jesus is the Son of God” and will be in three parts:
Thursday 6th March – Eyewitness Accounts
Thursday 20th March – Miracles Testify
Thursday 3rd April – The Upper Room and Jesus’ Mission
We will meet for these talks in the Rectory at 7.30pm, all are welcome and encouraged to come along as we explore scripture this Lent.

Are you interested in learning more about the Bible? Join our Bible Explorers Course as we share an overview of the entire Bible, discuss the contexts and cultures in which the scriptures were written and discern what God’s word means for us today.

Advent Study

For Advent 2024 we will be hosting a series of four talks for our annual Advent Study over Thursday evenings at 7.30pm in the Maharry Room beginning on 28th November. The theme for this years study is “WHEN FAITH AND DOUBT COLLIDE”.
Thursday 19th December – Joseph
Each evening there will be a short time of worship along with a short talk, there may even be a seasonal quiz to add a little fun to the evenings.

Advent Bible Study

Our Advent Study will take place over three Monday evenings at the end of November and December. The Studies will look at some of the key characters in the Advent story. Each week there will be a talk (maybe even a fun puzzle or two) and a time of worship and prayer.
