The vision of the “Living Room” is to provide a cosy\, welcoming place where there’ll be a cuppa and a chat for anyone feeling lonely\, who is struggling or simply would enjoy some company. This will be a safe space where people can just be themselves. As it develops there may be some activities\, but will be left up to those who drop in. The “Living Room” will be open initially once a month on the 3rd Thursday of the month from 2pm-3.30pm. The first day of the Living Room will be on Thursday 18th January.

DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in crafts or upcycling items?  We aim encourage people to exchange tips and ideas while creating something to take home after each get-together.  We meet once a month in Castleknock Parish Centre from 10.30 a.m. – 12 noon.  Tea/coffee/biscuits and all materials are supplied for each craft at a cost of €5 per meeting.

DESCRIPTION:Throughout Lent we will be holding a short service along with a soup and bread lunch in St Mary’s Clonsilla. The services will be on Tuesdays lunch times beginning on 20th February. All donations will go to the work of Habitat for Humanity.
